python自带有sqlite3的包,如果没有的话,自己安装下
pip install sqlite3 -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
创建一个py文件,命名为 sqlite_tool.py(文件名大家自行定义,只要后面使用能找到就行)
将数据库路径定义为一个常量
