经常听到有外贸小伙伴说,最不喜欢那些不拒绝你也不给你下单的客户,前期风风火火地催着要方案要价格,拿到之后就销声匿迹,就像石沉大海一样,怎么联系都没有回应。有些偶尔回应就说再等等,也不说具体原因。
他们手说这几天又有很多类似的非洲客户在询价,虽然自己也没啥事做,但都不想理他们,因为感觉不会有结果。
我说那就去开发别的更潜在的客户,把那些觉得暂时没戏的客户先分类,优先跟进那些A类客户。
我十一月份也碰到一个类似的客户,他是朋友推荐过来的,一般推荐过来的客户有90%以上成交的几率。由于场地不大,所以弄清楚要求之后就让设计师出图了,当时就没有问预算。出来第一版图之后有修改,也按照要求做了调整,后来还核对了色调等,报价之后这个亚美尼亚的客户很长时间都没有反应。问他就说需要跟伙伴商量,几天后问商量结果,就说等银行审批,这会我就察觉出他估计是预算不足了。当第三次再找他,我就说暂时不确定也没关系的,以后有合作机会,可以直接告诉我不下单的原因。
后来他告诉我自己和老婆的确是很喜欢这个设计,就是目前资金不足,等24年赚到钱再联系,老外有时候会考虑到直接拒绝你令你失望,所以自己一直很客气地找理由希望把伤害降到最低。事实上是另外一种更煎熬的方式,不如痛快点。
所以项目跟到后面没有结果,我都会直接问客户具体原因,然后再将客户分类,再去跟进别的客户。
