用户开启远程访问权限

方法1

use mysql; 
update user set host = '%' where user = 'root';
flush privileges;

方法2

GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON *.* TO 'root'@'%' WITH GRANT OPTION;
flush privileges;

创建用户

create database qiuchangjin default character set utf8mb4 collate utf8mb4_general_ci;

CREATE user 'qiuchangjin'@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'qiuchangjin';
set password for 'qiuchangjin'@'%' = 'newPassword';
#权限分配

修改用户密码

ALTER USER qiuchangjin@'%' IDENTIFIED BY 'qiuchangjinqiuchangjin';
